Successful Sales Leaders...




I was fortunate to work with some of the successful Sales Leaders in our IT industry and closely observed them to find out what exactly makes them successful.

The common trait that I observed is that they move in the market like “Wolves”.

  1. They are absolutely territorial. They are proud of their territory and definitely take objection if anyone intrudes upon.
  2. They do no mind going after any size, however big it maybe. They believe in their strength i.e. speed and agility
  3. They are never satisfied with the current patch.... constant dissatisfaction with service offerings, presales, delivery and solutioning. They demand the best all the time.
  4. They network well within the herd….. their own industry and market place. They hang out with right folks sniffing opportunities all the time.
  5. They are always hungry….. asking for lion’s share….for the best reward...
