Fear at Workplace? .... Never. …Workplace should be fun and free of
fear. Yes, that is correct.
However a tinge of fear is a good tool to have too. Fear is primal and
universal emotion. It is a good driving force and also a big motivator.
There will be always people who work hard or work the most. Some of
them get attention and some of them remain unnoticed. And there will be a bunch
that work the least but know pretty well how to get attention.
One needs to identify what choices each individual has got to lose and
use fear of losing as the tool. Anyone can go to any length to remove this fear
factor.
It is like having a bowl of chinese noodles with sweet and sour sauce.
You never pour the sauce on your plate but a little drop just to add to taste.
